Shipping

Free US shipping on orders of $100 or more

Under $100, US shipping starts at $4.90 and is calculated at checkout by weight. International shipping is calculated at checkout (USPS or DHL Express).

Processing time

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces (printed when you order them) are produced in 2–5 business days, then ship. Product pages say when an item is made to order.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive within a week of shipping, and we rarely see delivery go beyond 10 business days. International delivery is typically 7–14 business days after shipping, and customs fees, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking link, sent by email as soon as it ships.

Late or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email customerservice@whatsthemove.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.
